Monthly Group Coaching Experience



1-1 Session

What a typical session is like:

60 minutes.

Spend some time getting to know each other.
Share a problem you are wanting to work on.

Find a focus: sensation, movement, sound, image.

As we go deeper into the expereince, you might notice images or memories that you associate with the experience.

I am following your words and body cues. If an inner critic comes up or trauma surfaces, we can work on these areas. I am seeing you through a lens of belief, care and curiosity. This is powerful work that unshames the parts of you that have been shunned and shamed. For many, there is a feeling of safety to explore new perspectives and new states of being as we unfold a somatic experience in the body.

I will encourage you to practice this new state of being. For example, some people experience a feeling of liberation, power, playfulness or bliss. There are many states to explore that are unique to your experience and they each have their own purpose in your life.

Usually an answer emerges to the problem you shared as we unfold the experience in the body— often it is surprising or different than expected. Sometimes it takes more than one sesion to fully explore an experience.

We discuss how you’d like to integrate this new way of being into your life and how it connects to the problem you started with at the beginning of the session.
